- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations and requirements from authorities.

Data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship between the user and Firma Vivienda continues and, thereafter, for the periods necessary to comply with legal obligations (generally between 5 and 10 years).

The user may exercise the following rights:
