What if I don't complete the transaction?+

Your platform access remains active. If the sale doesn't go through, your data and documents are saved in your dashboard for when you want to resume the process.

Does the seller have to pay anything?+

No. The seller pays nothing. The fee is entirely covered by the buyer. The seller gets full access to the process (contract signing, documents, tracking) completely free of charge.

Can I see the contract before paying?+

Yes. You can create the earnest money contract, review a preview and send it to the other party before paying. After payment, PDF download, electronic signature and all other features are unlocked.

Does it include personalised legal advice?+

The earnest money contract has been drafted and reviewed by lawyers and adapts to your transaction details. Firma Vivienda does not replace individual legal advice, but the contract covers the essential legal elements of the property sale.
